The World Cup is ending on Sunday (well technically it is very early Monday morning) and there are two teams left standing, Holland and Spain. Last week we met Davy from Sabina Swimwear who is a big supporter of Holland. Instead of wearing the typical bright orange football kit on game day she was all styled out in a beautiful orange dress in honour of her team. I loved that she was able to bring style and femininity into who she supports and it made me realize that National Pride is not all about the latest teams jersey.

Below are two style boards of very pretty things inspired by the teams’ National colours and there aren’t any sporty t-shirts, sneakers or wrist bands in site! Word of caution, do not go overboard on the colour. Pick a few statement pieces in your preferred hues (Orange for Holland and Red & Golden Yellow for Spain) and style it as you would any normal outfit.

I personally am routing for Spain (I am a big fan of Fernando Torres) on Sunday but I actually would prefer to be wearing a touch of orange as it seems so fresh and summery! In my opinion, Holland wins in the style category but now we have to wait and see how they perform on the field.
