Pink LouLou Zodiac Necklaces

One of my favourite looks in terms of jewellery is delicate gold pieces all worn in a jumble together. I’ve been trying to build up a collection of pretty necklaces, but I’m a bit of a jewellery black hole – things go into my jewellery box and never seem to come out, I get things hideously and irretrievably tangled, and I manage to drop earrings and their backs down sinks and into toilets. It’s no wonder I never actually manage to have a good selection, and often just choose H&M pieces that are a little more disposable.

I’m very much considering though to splash out a little on buying two of Pink LouLou’s Chinese Zodiac necklaces – one for the year of the dog which is me, and then one for the year of the tiger which will be for my soon-to-arrive baby girl! Of course, until she’s old enough, I’ll just have to wear it with mine, for safekeeping! Zodiac things can often be a little tacky, but I think the delicacy of these charms saves these necklaces from that and makes them cute, casual everyday pieces. I love the snake one in particular, and thankfully that’s my husband’s sign, so I think this could be just perfect!
