O:RIN yoga studio

Whether you’re after private one-on-one sessions or small group classes (with a maximum of seven students), the professionals at O:RIN focus on fluidity of movement to assist each individual to reconnect with their physical bodies, their breath and their overall sense of wellbeing. The idea is for each and every person to leave the space with a nurtured physical state and a refreshed mental state. An hour to leave you physically and mentally energised? Where do we sign up?!

If you’re someone who’s holding tension or pain in a specific area (hands up!), you’re likely to notice the difference after just a few sessions. For example, if a client has a stiff neck, lower back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, or are pre/post-natal, the one-on-one sessions will be tailored to help them gain strength and flexibility in a way that is personalised to their needs each week. O:RIN also focuses on building up your core muscles through Pilates and Gyrotonic so that reoccurring problems soon start to worry you less and less.
