There’s a new food hall in town. Here’s everything you need to know…
A year on from BaseHall and just months after the launch of ZS Hospitality Group’s J.A.M., the food hall trend continues with the newly opened Graham St Food Hall – an all-day dining venue where foodies can indulge in an array of international sweet and savoury flavours, including Japanese-style hamburg steak donburi bowls, Basque burnt cheesecakes, southern smoked meats and more. Keep scrolling for your first look, along with details of the launch party happening Saturday, 22 May…

Brought to you by the team behind La Viña and Smoke & Barrels, the new opening can be found in the Noho area, tucked behind the fruit stalls of Graham Street. Here, you’ll find five homegrown vendors serving up fresh food made in-house daily for dine in or takeaway, including Hambāgā, a Graham St Food Hall exclusive specialising in premium Japanese-style hamburg steak donburi bowls, Motown Pizza & Wings, famed for its thick and cheesy Detroit-style pizza and delicious chicken wings, and Smoke & Barrels, the home of comfort food from the American South (think smokehouse beef brisket and sandwiches galore!).
For those with a sweet tooth, you’ll be spoilt for choice with both La Viña, known for its signature Basque burnt cheesecake, and artisanal bean-to-bar chocolatier Casa Cacao. And don’t forget the drinks! The food hall will be serving up a wide selection of drinks to complement any time of day, from coffee, tea, water and soda to beer, champagne and 15 different American bourbons. We’ll be holding out for the seasonally changing boozy slushies though, with current flavours including Frosé and Aperol Spritz – perfect for this summer heat!
Sassy Tip: In a rush? Place your order in advance via Deliveroo or the official Graham St Food Hall website.
As for the space itself, Graham St Food Hall is decked out with both indoor and outdoor seating, and is ideal for casual hangouts with friends and pups, or even a day of working thanks to the free WiFi and charging ports. Keep an eye out for special offers each day of the week, including All You Can Eat Wings and Buy-One-Get-One deals, along with pop-ups and weekly community events ranging from trivia nights, flea markets and pet adoption days.
To celebrate the opening, don’t miss the launch party happening on Saturday, 22 May, featuring free Wild Turkey and Aperol drinks (available on a first-come-first-served basis), plus exclusive Smoke & Barrels BBQ party platters for just $99. There’ll also be a hot wings eating challenge and a shotgun beer game, both with prizes up to the value of $2,000 to be won!
Graham St Food Hall is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
