I am going to let you in on a little secret that has been spreading through the Sassy team and is now finally making its way to you (and even if I didn’t want to share, I kind of have to as our Instant Goddess, Katie, spilled the beans over on Sassy Mama!). But you know that I love to spread the shopping gospel with you girls, so here’s the dirt. The only thing you need to know is Caty!
Caty is the new shop on the block (the block being Caine Road, near the escalator) and this little gem is chock-full with all things glam! If you are in need of a statement piece to take your look to the next level, then pop by here for a little purchasing pleasure. Owner Chienie gets new deliveries of goodies every week, and many of the pieces are one-offs – so grab them while you can!
Caty stocks US brands like J. Crew, Michael Kors and Anne Klein to name a few, plus pieces that wouldn’t look out of place at 0ther Sassy faves that haven’t made their way to HK yet like Banana Republic or Anthropolgie, and prices are far below what you would expect. I can’t get enough of the huge necklaces on offer (we even spotted a few similar to the gorgeous coloured stone ones that Anna Wintour loves!), while a friend of mine was all about the statement earrings. Caty also has loads of pieces that would be perfect for a wedding or evening event. Prices for necklaces are around $5-800 (with some cheaper too!), going up to $1300 for the more elaborate pieces.
