You’re Invited: Sassy’s exclusive Torq Cycle 80s spin class

18 February, 2013

Still trying to stick to those New Year resolutions? Want to try the new fitness craze that everyone’s talking about? Then get out your diaries and schedule in a date with our exclusive Sassy Torq Cycle Class!

We’ve laid on a special evening class especially for you on Thursday, 28 February, from 7-9pm at Torq’s studio in Central– and it’s all totally free!

This is the perfect chance for you to see what all the fuss is about with Torq’s fresh twist on cycling spin classes – a high-energy cardio workout where you also use dumbbells and other techniques to work as many parts of your body as possible! Torq’s expert trainers Megan and Loretta will be putting you through the paces, introducing you to both of Torq Cycle’s unique classes, Torq de HK and Torq Body.

Since we like to have a bit of fun with our workouts (no boring staring into space on the treadmill thanks!), we’ve also added a funky 80s theme to proceedings, where music from the likes of Madonna, Kylie, Duran Duran and other retro faves will be helping spur on your spinning! So dig out your best neon legwarmers and Flashdance slouchy tee to join in the fun – though if you prefer less flamboyant workout gear, don’t worry, we’ll settle for you just singing along!

SASSY DISCOUNT: We’ve also snagged you a special Sassy offer – you’ll receive a 10% discount if you buy a package of Torq sessions on the night… plus everyone coming receives a complimentary Torq goodie bag too!

Remember, we’ve only got a limited number of spots available, so make sure you bag your place now!

Time to get on your bike, girls!
