Glow Spa & Salon Has Given Itself A Fancy Upgrade

The popular spa and salon has doubled in size and relocated to new premises!

We all like to reinvent ourselves every now and again, whether it’s with a new haircut, wardrobe upgrade or a bold lip, so why should one of our favourite spas and salons be any different? Multiple award-winning Glow has not only moved to new premises in Central, but it’s twice as big as before, making it feel even more indulgent and luxurious than ever (think deep blue walls, bright and airy rooms, and plush grey seats). Its new home is right in the heart of Central on Wellington Street (you can enter from Wyndham Street opposite Christian Louboutin), and is now a spacious 4,400 square feet! Don’t worry if you’ve got no idea how large an area that is, it’s basically the same size as the Sephora store in the ifc (we knew that would help you visualise it!).

For those of you who’ve never tried Glow before, now is the time. The boutique beauty salon not only offers all manner of skin care treatments (facials, massages, nails and hair removal) but it also has an even larger hair salon under the same roof. So there’s no excuse not to treat yourself, no matter how pressed for time you are!

Glow doesn’t do things by halves, so to complement its new surroundings, it’s also upgraded its facilities and treatments, meaning even more choice for its devoted clients! We’re talking a new VIP room (yes please!), no less than six spa treatment rooms, a separate nail lounge and a makeup counter and brow bar. It’s even the first officially-accredited Gold Fever luxury hair extension salon in Hong Kong. And just in case the guys are feeling left out, there are also barber’s chairs dedicated to gentlemen’s grooming!

We’ve been perusing the new treatment menu and its Skeyndor Anti-Pollution Facial is top of our list. And fans of its CACI microcurrent facial will be glad to hear that it’s just been relaunched too! But if all this talk of change makes you nervous, don’t worry. Glow’s friendly, approachable staff (with experienced therapists from across the globe) have stayed the same, so you’ll still receive the attention to detail they’ve become known for. Phew!
