Each workshop will see a different talented teacher showing you how to create delicious dishes. Learn how to whip up scrumptious Middle Eastern Vegetarian delights with Ayelet Idan from Olive Leaf – think warm cooked hummus, eggplant and lentil salad and date, pistachio and orange blossom roll. Or try making excitingly spiced Ayurvedic dishes with Seema Bhatia from ‘From Asia to Africa’… her use of superfoods like okra, chia seeds and Himalayan sea salt will get you feeling fit as a fiddle in no time! And last but not least, perfect the art of Roti making with Punam Chopra from SpiceBox Organics – you’ll even learn how to make chickpea based savoury pancakes and stuffed cauliflower paratha… yum.
