Refresh, Rejuvenate And Revitalise With ifc’s Spring Wellness Workshops

From Monday, 29 April, head to Central’s premier shopping hub to get involved in over 25 wellness and beauty workshops.

Spring is known as the time of new beginnings, and with Easter weekend upon us and the promise of hot and humid weather on the horizon, there’s no better time to reset for the summer. With seemingly endless months of junks and beach days ahead, we’re looking to take a little time out for ourselves with ifc mall’s lineup of upcoming wellness and beauty workshops.

Taking place from Monday, 29 April to Sunday, 19 May, Central’s premier shopping destination will be playing home to over 25 workshops, all set to inspire visitors to find their inner radiance. For those looking to refresh the body and mind, wellness workshops include an introductory lesson to chakras paired with a face yoga session by John Masters Organics’; a barre fitness class with CALVIN KLEIN PERFORMANCE and WeBarre; and a meditation session on ifc mall’s rooftop, hosted by lululemon X John Masters Organics.

If you’re more into makeup then meditation, don’t miss the lineup of beauty and skincare workshops, including finding your perfect shade and creating your trendiest soft matte makeup with M.A.C.; making the perfect, customised fragrance with diptyque; and hearing all about the latest beauty trends and tips from Dior Beauty and YouTube makeup sensation, Ricky Kazaf. Be sure to enrol online to book in your spot, registration will be released week-by-week, and all workshops are available on a first-come-first-served basis (registration opens Friday, 19 April at 12pm).
