Renowned 1-Michelin Star French Chef Nicolas Isnard is in Hong Kong for an exclusive restaurant week.

December is a month of decadence, and we’ve got dining options aplenty! If you’re looking for that ideal fusion of tradition and innovation, Le Méridien Cyberport is here to cater to your requests.

This urban resort hotel is proud to welcome acclaimed French Chef Nicolas Isnard for an exclusive culinary week from December 16 to 20. Head to Prompt Restaurant to celebrate the flavours of La Provence with Chef Isnard and experience the craftsmanship of his culinary skills –  it promises to be a week of dining and celebration!

Nestled in the Southside of Hong Kong Island and surrounded by the green backdrop of Pok Fu Lam Reservoir and Victoria Peak, Le Méridien Cyberport is a well-known Hong Kong establishment.Its five restaurants and bars are all made accessible with a convenient (and complimentary) hourly shuttle bus service to Hong Kong Station in Central. Chef Isnard’s cuisine is fun and forward-thinking. In fact, his entire cooking philosophy can be summed up through one of his signature dishes: the Contemporary Onion Soup, made with an onion ice cream with crispy onions and breadcrumbs served in a warm soup to enhance the flavour. His specially designed Sunday brunch, set lunch and dinner menus will be showcased at Prompt restaurant, with wine pairing dinner events hosted as an interactive experience for guests.

The Semi buffet Sunday brunch menu is available at $558 per person on December 16 with two main courses paired with fine wine and complemented with a salad and dessert buffet (with some of the best cheeses France has to offer). Guests looking for a quick cravings fix can opt for the set lunch (at only $298 per person) starting on December 17, 18 and 20 with wine pairing available for an additional $98 per person. For a romantic dinner with your loved one, a five-course set menu is also available at $588 per person with wine pairing on December 17 and 18. Highlights include Red Tuna Ceviche with refreshing apple & piquillos ice cream.

The highlight of the week will be the “Gala Dinner with the Stars” held on December 19 where guests will be greeted with a selection of delicious canapés during an intimate cocktail reception on the outdoor terrace, followed by a seven-course wine pairing dinner. Signature dishes include the fresh jelly set oyster with caviar and iodized cream, as well as the delectable large lobster ravioli, confit eggplant with its Asian style broth. Diners will also get a chance to win a round trip business class ticket to Paris (sponsored by Etihad Airways) and other exciting prizes! The seven-course menu with wine pairings is priced at $1,188 per person.
