Calling all jewellery lovers! Twin jewellery shows organised by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) are taking place next week, and you’re invited. Join the world’s largest jewellery marketplace, which is set to gather more than 4,600 jewellers and brands from 48 countries. Held at AsiaWorld-Expo, the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show will take place from 26 February to 2 March and will specialise in loose stones and raw materials for jewellery. The HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), and will take place from 28 February to 4 March, focusing on finished jewellery.

An extensive array of fine jewellery will be displayed under various themed zones at the jewellery show at HKCEC, including the “Hall of Extraordinary”, “Amber Jewellery”, “Designer Galleria”, and “World of Glamour”, along with a series of fascinating events including jewellery parades, seminars and networking occasions. Among them, the Jewellery Industry Forum will be the headline event. Taking place on Friday, 1 March, the Forum will be split into two sessions, with the first session (from 11:30am to 12:30pm), focusing on the topic “Trend Forecast 2020 – An International Overview in Consumers Insights, Jewellery Directions and Design”. The session will be led by industry expert, Ms Paola De Luca, co-founder of TRENDVISION Jewellery + Forecasting, who brings to the table a wealth of experience from previous roles in luxury jewellery houses such as Fendi Jewellery, Salvatore Ferragamo, Harry Winston, and Swarovski (to name a few!). The second session of the forum (from 3pm to 5pm) will focus on the topic of jewellery, AI and big data, with the topic of “From Manufacturing to Marketing: How Technology is Reshaping the Industry” being explored through a series of talks.

Inspired by art, design, and culture, ARTRIUM brings a sense of wonder and discovery to each piece, using a mix of rich materials, rare gemstones, and cutting-edge design.
