Springalicious Cocktail Night

26 April, 2011

Tomorrow marks the start of Springalicious, Hong Kong’s version of Restaurant Week. From the 27 April – 3 May thirty restaurants around town will be offering special prix fixe menus at lower then normal prices during lunch and dinner. 208, Bloom, Cepage and Whisk are just a few of the restaurants that are participating. When reserving a spot make sure you mention that you are booking for the Springalicious menu. Oh, and we suggest acting fast as we are pretty certain the coveted spaces will go very fast.

Are you more into mixology then food? If so, then you should definitely think about attending the Springalicious Cocktail Night on Saturday 30 April from 9pm-11pm (VIP starts at 8pm). The Cocktail Night, which is presented by Dry Soda, will bring together 7 super talented mixologists from various bars around town to celebrate our city’s love for… well, alcohol.

This is not your typical college frat party though with kegs and some mysterious red juice. The 7 bartenders will each be creating a special and unique cocktail for the night and each bar will have their own station and you can have as many cocktails as you want at your very own pace. It would be completely shameful not to try each one so baby sips may be necessary unless you are confident that you can manage 7 drinks without a horrific hangover the next day.

Participating Bars: Dada, Drop, FINDS, Hush, Rayne, REPUBLIK, Shore. Check out the bios of the mixologists here!
