Sassy Giveaway: Find your mojo at Cocomojo

28 April, 2010

In March 2010, Lee Gardens Two was introduced to a bit of mojo – Cocomojo that is. The renowned European handbag company just opened in Hong Kong and the brand that is known for bringing good fortune and blessings to all who own their bags is ready to unleash some of their creative folk magic on all stylistas in Hong Kong.

A Cocomojo designed bag is all about contrasting materials, textures and colours and a major influence in the design is Rococo style (and we are pretty sure it also inspired the name for the brand!). While we were just recently introduced to the brand ourselves we love that the collection is geared to women who love great design and the latest trends but also want something a bit different that makes them stand out from the crowd. Cocomojo describes the typical Coco girl as: independent, stylish, weary of the institution of prominent designer label, a regular high street shopper who is passionate about fashion.

The 5 most popular handbags in their latest collection are named after women, Amy, Amelia, Vesh, Michelle and Dolores, and each one has an identity all of her own. Amy is the elegant timeless investment piece that will never age, Amelia is the glam one with crystallized Swarvoski Crystal Elements, Vesh is the animal lover with a mixture of ostrich, pony, python and stingray, Michelle is Avant-garde and looks like an outstanding piece of fine art and Dolores is the most unique as she is hand painted with a mix of python. The bags range from $3,600-$13,800.

Sassy Giveaway: To celebrate their new store opening Cocomojo is giving away the below Amelia clutch in Silver (worth $4,500) to one lucky Sassy reader. To have a chance to win this clutch check out Cocomojo’s website and email us at [email protected] telling us what Cocomojo bag is your favourite and why. We will pick the winner on Friday so make sure you send us your answer this week!
