Sassy Beauty Blogger Danielle tells us about her fixer-upper trick, the oxygen masque!
It is time to come clean: I like shortcuts. Any trick or product that I can employ to fake that well-rested glow holds a special place in my heart, and in my bathroom cabinet. My favourite fixer-upper is the oxygen masque. Particularly handy to disguise late nights and long periods between facials, I rely on O2 in a pressurised bottle to combat dull skin.
The Peter Thomas Roth masque gets to work in 5 minutes – which is all the time I can spare when I’m rushing between work and social engagements. After massaging in to wet skin, the masque foams up, kind of like shaving cream. A couple of ticks later and the foam settles, my skin tingles nicely, so I wash my face and am good to go. The minty fresh sensation lasts for almost 30 minutes, which for me is a massive bonus. If you’d rather have the oxygen but skip the tingle, try the Bliss version.
One last word: I tried this once after a night out and a friend commented on how fresh I looked the next day. Result!
The Peter Thomas Roth Radiance Oxygenating Masque can be bought here for HK351.50.
