If so, some career coaching could help you gain the confidence and clarity you need.

Most of us have had doubts over our career (or the direction it’s headed in) at some point in our lives, and wished we knew where to turn to for solutions. And that’s exactly where career coaching comes in. It’s designed to help us make informed choices about where we want to be, and where we want to go, in our chosen profession. So now WIP (Work In Progress) has introduced special career coaching packs which focus on results, actions and accountability (all things we can get on board with) in a smaller, more targeted group setting. It doesn’t matter whether you’re just starting out or have 10 years experience under your belt, as the coaching can be done at any stage of your career.

There are a total of six sessions in a pack, including a one-on-one with an experienced coach to set specific goals, and a group session with a guest mentor. There’s a maximum of five participants in each group and you’ll be placed with other like-minded individuals to help set you up for the success you deserve. Aim high ladies (and gents)!

Interested and want to know more? Then why not sign up for a free information session at Garage Society Central on Monday, 20 May at 7pm to 8:30pm.
