Fashion Incubation Programme (FIP) is proud to announce its debut collaboration with kapok. Together they are combining their knack for spotting homegrown talents to hand-pick three designed-by-women-for-women fashion and accessories brands – Cafuné, Matter Matters and KKLUE – which will be featured in one lust-worthy edit.

Ready for a blast from the past? Being young has nothing to do with your age, it’s simply a state of mind. With this philosophy in mind, Design Spectrum have put together this design exhibition, titled “Brand New Youth”. This special exhibition consists of five zones which gives visitors an insight into the lives of the elderly, simulating their daily problems through specially designed tools.
The exhibit also features the stories behind the craftsmanship of iconic objects, themed workshops and tour services led by retirees and kid duos. Head here to register for the workshops and tours.

Taking the form of a beautifully illustrated map by local comic book artist Li Chi Tak, this project is a true celebration of one of Hong Kong’s oldest districts, Sham Shui Po, and highlights all of its historical landmarks.
The free map will be available as a printed version, along with a more comprehensive digital edition on Schoeni Projects’ website on Wednesday, 2 June. Signed and limited edition prints of the map will also be available for purchase, with 50% of the proceeds going to the charity SoCO.

Renowned feng shui designer Thierry Chow will be kicking off HK Crafts’ series of neon sign workshop which honours the design and making process of traditional neon lights.
