Bagels for Breakfast!
Hands up if your favourite meal of the day is breakfast? We’ve got both hands up in the air! Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day, giving us a much-needed shot of energy in the morning. And most importantly, breakfast is undeniably delicious. That’s why we were excited to hear that one of our favourite health food spots, nood food, is expanding its breakfast menu. Bring on the bagels!
That’s right – nood food are adding wholesome, organic bagels to the menu. There will be three different types: chia seed, whole-wheat and multigrain. With no added preservatives, colorants or stabilisers, you can indulge in one of these comforting breakfast treats without comprising on your health. With ingredients such as whole rye flour, oats, nuts, seeds and molasses (most of which are organic), these bagels are guaranteed to give you a nutritious boost in the AM!
And that’s not all, as nood is also offering two bagel spreads for you to add to your morning meal. Choose from a raw, vegan nut cheese spread or a raw chocolate spread to add a bit of healthy indulgence to your bagel. Pop by any of the nood food cafes or juice bars for a grab-and-go brekkie that’s good for you.
