In the midst of our busy lifestyles, it’s easy to lose sight of the present. By bringing our focus to our breath, we can better explore our minds and emotions. Facilitated by Breath of Bliss™ Facilitator Andrew McAulay, the breathwork workshop is perfect if you’re hoping to gain some clarity and bring awareness into your body.
