Smile At The Flower Sermon

“Smile At The Flower Sermon” marks contemporary Chinese artist Yue Minjun’s return after 10 years. His first collaboration with Tang Contemporary Art will feature the artist’s acclaimed “Laughter” series and the new “Flowerseries”, comprising 20 works. Yue’s best known for his exaggerated “smiley” faces and prior use of socialist propaganda symbols, but his new imagery promises to take on a far dreamier quality.
