Chihoi’s Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Hong Kong and Taiwan-based visual artist Chihoi’s latest solo exhibition showcases 40 new oil paintings and a slide projection of the same images, reproducing familiar scenes of our city between the 1960s and 1980s. Dreamy Hong Kong landscapes are painted in monochromatic tones in an understated “sketch” style.
