H-Kore Charity Fundraiser: Move It For Mental Health

In support of the “Move It For Mental Health” campaign, H-Kore is offering a range of yoga and meditation classes for the special price of $50! All proceeds will be donated to Mind HK, with the campaign aiming to raise awareness about the importance of exercise to your physical and mental health. The charity classes will run as follows:

• Tuesday, 11 February, 7:30pm to 8:30pm – Yoga Flow
• Thursday, 20 February, 7pm to 8pm – Yoga Flow
• Friday, 28 February, 10:45am to 11:45am – Yoga Sculpt
