Fivelements Livestream: Barre Mixed With Karen Lim
From strength-based movements to stability exercises, this ballet-infused quick barre session will definitely get those muscles going. Suitable for learners of all levels, all you’ll need is a yoga mat, a water bottle and a support (a chair or your wall works just fine!). To make sure you don’t miss a thing, don’t forget to join the Zoom session 15 minutes before the class starts!
