CulinArt 1862 x Heimat Oktoberfest Four-Hands Dinner (2-Nights Only)

Raise your steins and get in the spirit of Oktoberfest! To celebrate the annual beer fest, CulinArt 1862’s head chef Stanley Wong and Heimat’s head chef Peter Find combine their shared German heritage to bring us a special Oktoberfest celebration dinner. Running for two nights only, the six-course menu features a festive spread of German delicacies including Currywurst, Spaetzle, and Roasted Suckling Pig with homemade Sauerkraut, accompanied by fine German beers. The feast rounds off with a scrumptious grand finale: the Kaiserschmarrn, a lightly sweetened pancake served with pear compote and vanilla ice cream.

Sassy Tip: If you’re attending the dinner at CulinArt 1862, come dressed in your best traditional German garb for your chance to win a bottle of Philippe Prié Champagne.
