“Chefs For Turkiye” Charity Dinner At Michelin-starred LOUISE
Executive Chef Franckelie Laloum of one Michelin-starred LOUISE is hosting an exclusive charity dinner to help ongoing rescue efforts in Türkiye and Syria, following the devastating earthquakes that struck southern and central Türkiye and northwestern Syria earlier this month. The death toll continues to rise and affected communities are in urgent need of aid.
Chef Franckelie will be joined by six other chefs — Manav Tuli of CHAAT (1*), Maxime Gilbert of Écriture (2*), Antimo Maria Merone of Estro, Antonio Oviedo of Agora, Richard Ekkebus of Amber at Landmark Mandarin Oriental (2*), and Vicky Lau of TATE Dining Room (2*) — to present a seven-course dinner with optional wine pairing, plus prizes on offer on the night. 100% of proceeds from the evening will go towards AFAD association.
