CANTON MAMBO – Vinyl Record Salsa Night By Gia Fu

Inspired by the Buena Vista Social Club and New York’s Palladium, Hong Kong’s very own “Mambo Girl” Gia Fu is hosting a vinyl record salsa night this weekend to show appreciation of the many, many genres under the salsa umbrella. Head to Fringe Club for CANTON MAMBO, a pop-up party that will spin Latin American, Caribbean, and Chinese jazz with Latin influence records — with one room featuring salsa, chachachá and boogaloo gems and the other focusing on funk, soul, disco and breakbeat.
