Like any good private kitchen in HK, you need to enter a nondescript office building and travel up six floors to finally reach the prize: a bright yellow door. The ribs are to die for, as are all the other lip-numbing Sichuan dishes served on this endless dinner set. One of the first private kitchens in Hong Kong, the Michelin Bib Gourmand priced meal has a few misses, but overall, it’s exceptionally tasty.
