The Optimist

The Optimist offers an authentic and unique Northern Spanish experience for its diners. The interior is designed by the Rocio Martinez, and aims to make feel like you are actually in Spain with its lively Barcelona chic bar and all-day dining. Included in its menu will be grilled specialities, such as, Txuleta, a delicacy straight from Galicia, as well as Rodaballo a la brasa (grilled turbot) from the Basque country.
