Established in 2003, Jashan has become somewhat of a staple for Indian cuisine in the Central area. Having recently undergone a face-lift, Jashan now focuses on fusing India’s finest traditional tastes into a contemporary celebration. Innovations on traditional recipies include dishes such as the Patte Ki Pomfret, the Mirchi Kebab,and  Aloo Tikki Chana Chat, to name a few.
