Newly opened in July, this TST new resto serves up Japanese-European dishes made from fresh ingredients brought in straight from Japan. Hideaki Matsuo, (who is the owner and grand chef of 3-Michelin starred Osaka restaurant Kashiwaya), inspired the concept of HAKU. Heading up the team is Executive Chef Agustin Balbi. The restaurant has an open seating plan surrounding the kitchen so guests can watch as their meals are prepared.
