Looking to try something new? Fancy a night out that doesn’t involve the usual Soho bar crawl? Then why not spend your evening having a night of Sassy Fitness, Food & Fun!
We know how much you loved these evenings before, so we’re bringing them back! Enjoy an evening with other like-minded ladies where you can learn something new, workout and enjoy a healthy meal. This time around, we’ve teamed up with Locofama for a pre and post workout juice break, Sesame Kitchen for a snack demonstration, Studio Fitness for a fun workout sesh and Sohofama for a fabulous, healthy feast to finish off the night!
Not only will you be able to learn how to create healthy snacks and try out a different way to exercise with Studio Fitness’s trademarked Multiple Complexity Combination Training (MCCT), but you’ll also get to meet and mingle with other Sassy girls. This is the perfect opportunity to make friends in a fun, interactive way without having to sacrifice your fitness goals! We know how busy Sassy girls are with work, socialising and events around town, so we’ve made sure that there are three different dates for you to choose from too. Now there’s no excuse not to try it out! What’s more, each date will see a different workout combination from Studio Fitness and a different dinner menu at Sohofama!
