La Saison means “season” in English, highlighting the fact that this restaurant respects the rhythm of the seasons and serves only seasonal produce – when the product is in it’s best form. The menu is designed by Michelin-star chef Jacques Barnarchon, executive chef of the renowned L’Etang du Moulin in France – we definitely say, Oui Oui!
