Looking for something less Chatchuchak market, and more upmarket? Look no further than the Bangkok export of Greyhound Café! This cool open space serves up simple Thai food with a twist, with traditional Thai recipes tweaked here and embellished there to create something at once familiar and unexpected, even if the service can be slightly erratic and the non-availability of certain items at peak times slightly annoying. Come with an open mind and a very hungry stomach and make sure you leave room for their signature iced tea (where the ice cubes are made from tea too!) and their delish sell-out coconut crepe cake.
