There may not be snow in Hong Kong, but that doesn’t mean we’re lacking festive cheer in any way and as always, the city is full of incredible displays! From perfectly decorated and colour coordinated Christmas tree’s and pop-up Winter Wonderlands, to the downright tacky multi-coloured light displays which you can gaze at from Victoria Harbour (my fave), the 852 has truly embraced the season and gone all out OTT. And I love it! Christmas only comes around once a year after all, so why not make a song and dance about it!?
Recreating the excitement and magic of the circus, Landmark has been transformed to mark the festive season. Expect to see a very huggable “Santa Paws” teddy bear, exotic animal figurines, as well as Santa Claus himself reigning supreme as the ringmaster. The figurines even burst into life every 30 minutes, complete with seasonal music and dramatic lighting.

Making for the perfect background for your holiday insta snaps, get down, take a selfie and be sure to bring along a lock to hang on the railings (or buy a charity Love Lock there for $50!) to really complete the festive experience.

Constructed entirely from hundreds of mirrors, the amazing tree and ‘Joy of Lights’ display at Fashion Walk follows the traditional principles of origami. The pictures taken are projected onto a screen inside of the shopping mall and you can then use them to send holiday greetings to your friends and family by uploading to social media!
