How does it work?

1. Download the Impressed iOS or Android app and create an account
2. Select the items that need to be washed
3. Enter your address (will be saved for future orders) and select your preferred pickup and delivery time
4. Enter any special cleaning or pickup/delivery instructions before placing order
5. And just like that… an Impressed staff member will be at your door, at your selected pickup time, then your clothes will be dry-cleaned, washed, folded and delivered back to you at your selected delivery time. Easy!

What’s more, you can even track your cleaning process and pickup/delivery status with real-time in-app status updates. There are 5 stages to the process: Order Placed, Items Received, Wash Finished, On The Way, and Delivered.
