Head over to Tai Fung Lau to warm yourself up hot pot style in the middle of the damp and dark Hong Kong winter. With a steaming bowl of broth in the middle of the table (coal-fuelled and covered with a huge chimney!), the raw meat and veg are just waiting to be dropped in and cooked to perfection. There’s a huge variety on offer so everyone will find something they like (make sure to order the lamb). If you’re not a local, it’s not the easiest place to navigate, but it’s definitely worth the effort.
