It’s hard to go into a luxury hotel or celebrity wedding in Hong Kong and not find one of Solomon Bloemen’s centrepieces demanding the attention of the room, though the award-winning florists do insist on tailoring each floral vision to their client’s personalities. They’re at their best when they’re at their most conceptual. Each design is laced with innovation, so it’s no surprise that founder Solomon Leong has won several awards for his work.
