This dark and mysterious restaurant is located on the cusp of both Hollywood Road and Wyndham Street. This Spanish hotspot divides the food between sharing plates, tapas and main dishes. The large windows are definitely inviting, however the staff are lacking a little in the art of the warm welcome. Mesa 15 has strong creative vision but still needs more time for execution.
