Cadillac Bar & Grill
Cadillac Bar & Grill rose from the ashes of much-loved Grappa’s Cellar. After Grappa’s closed in Jardine House, it reopened as The Cadillac in Hysan Place. It features a massive open-air bar and grill, specialising in a mix of Mexican and American cuisine. The menu divides “the north of the Border” from the “south of the Border.” Perhaps some cheeky (but yummy!) commentary on American politics? This contemporary twist on Mexican-American cuisine is a far cry from the traditional-style Grappa’s, but we know it’s just as good.
