The Costume Institute Gala held annually in New York is one my favourite fashion events… Unlike the Oscars where the stars seem to go super-safe for fear of ending up on the Worst Dressed list, there are an awful lot of pretty crazy and out-there fashion choices.

And Leighton Meester in an outfit that might have stepped just a bit too far into the crazy territory, although of course the zebra-print carpet isn’t helping her either….
