WEEKENDER: Female Entrepreneurial Day, Cinco De Mayo and more

29 April, 2016

What’s on this Weekend…

Okay, who pressed fast-forward? Because seriously, where has April gone? With the long weekend ahead, we’re looking forward to doing what us Hong Kongers do best – milk it for all its worth! And with Cinco de Mayo on the horizon (hello margaritas, our old friend), we aren’t slowing down for a second…

We’re all about female empowerment here at Sassy (if you haven’t noticed) so we’re super excited to check out Female Entrepreneurs Day! With the main aim to promote female entrepreneurship and broaden access to a ton of resources and support, the day will see new generations, business elite and corporate leaders from all over the world come together in a day full of guest speakers (look out for the heads of Google!) and above all, inspiration. We’re also giving three lucky Sassy readers one ultimate #girlpower ticket each, simply click the button below to enter!

Cinco de Mayo!

We’re gearing up for a series of serious Mexican fiestas, as some of our favourite restaurants and night spots celebrate Cinco de Mayo! A parade of colour, culture and rich Mexican history, we celebrate the dead with some of the best bashes in the 852. Be sure to check out Lily & Bloom together with Little Burro as their head chef whips up a culinary storm in a night of feasting and dancing, or head over to Brickhouse and take a swing at their prize-filled piñata and eat your fill of tacos! Browse Chino‘s special Mexican menu and then step it up a notch at Caliente and scoff (no judgement) more $10 tacos and drink your fill of $20 margaritas, before making your way to Boujis for tequila, tequila and you guessed it, more tequila! Trust us, the hangover will be totally worth it…

When: Thursday, 5 May
Where: All over town!
