GreenFest by Hysan: “Rethink Our Food Festival”

“Rethink Our Food Festival” explores issues surrounding our food system through the themes of “Grow”, “Eat”, and “Dispose”, while investigating solutions and innovations to (re)connect with food and define the value, role and place of healthy and sustainable food in tomorrow’s urban societies. Learn more about urban farming, plant-based cooking, mushroom-growing, DIY hydroponics farm building, composting and insect growing. This is a one-day programme that you can choose to attend either on the 10 or 11!
