Fuse Creations serves ramen dishes, but also have starters and mains that are a bit more substantial (steak, miso cod). Its signature, Fuse Ramen, is a tonkotsu (thick pork soup) based shoyu ramen with yakibuta, char siu, soy infused egg, leek, and a blend of oils.
