Attention foodies! The folks behind some of our favourite restaurants around town (Carbone, Boqueria, Burger Circus, Ho Lee Fook, La Vache, Motorino and Chôm Chôm) have just opened up a new joint in Soho – Stazione Novella!
A self-described ‘Italian bar’, Stazione Novella is inspired by the fiaschetterias of Florence, Italy, and serves up paninis, bruschetta, salumi and cheeses. The all-Italian wine list definitely sounds appealing, as does the refreshing ‘Sgroppino al Limone‘, an icy lemon sorbet and prosecco cocktail. Perfect for the hot and humid Hong Kong days!
We can’t wait to check out Black Sheep Restaurants latest venture, which is a stone’s throw away from the hip and happening PMQ. With simple yet comforting bites on offer, fresh coffee made with a state of the art La Marzocco machine, premium ingredients from Italy and decor inspired by buzzing Italian train stations, this is firmly on our must-try list. Stay tuned for a review!
