Sip on a special selection of summer drinks created by Vibes mixologists including the Absolut Gunner ($128), made with aromatic St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur, creamy and chocolate-scented mango and passion-fruit flavoured Tropical Wind, and ABS ($128) which stands for Absolutely Bitter Sweet, a combination of Absolut Vodka, Aperol and Grapefruit Bitters. Groups of friends can enjoy the Absolut Punch Bowl ($398 for 4), perfect for sharing with a definite raspberry edge topped with prosecco and garnished generously with summer berries, fresh mint and edible flowers.
