One Yoga Studio’s Newest Branch Just Opened In Central

scoop

Conveniently located on Queen’s Road Central, this cosy little studio is an oasis in the city.

It’s rare to find independent yoga studios located minutes away from easy-to-access MTR stops in Hong Kong, but after huge success with its first location, One Yoga Studio has just opened its second space!

Cosy and comfortable, this spot is tucked away from the crowds, yet conveniently located right on Queen’s Road Central (Central MTR exit B, right next to Zara). The interiors are bright and airy, with yoga mats, blocks and equipment all provided, making sure you have no excuse to show up straight after work. The vibe strikes a balance between laid-back and energising – an ideal combination to make you roll out your mat and step right into downward dog.

With 45-minute lunch classes during weekdays, regular 1-hour group classes every day and yoga teacher trainings for budding yoga teachers, there are plenty of classes and trainings on offer for fair prices.

Keen to check it out for yourself? One Yoga Studio offers two trial classes of your choice for $240. The class passes can be used in both, Wan Chai and Central studios, so you can explore both options.

Sassy Perk: As a special bonus, all Sassy Readers get an additional 10% off regular class packages. Simply use the discount code “SassyReader” when you check out.

One Yoga Studio, Room 3, 6/F, Peter Building, 58-60 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong, 68169457, [email protected], www.oneyoga-studio.com
