To celebrate its expanded Lee Gardens store, Louis Vuitton has teamed up with Bar Leone — the World’s Best Bar 2025 — to create a nostalgic pop-up inspired by the legendary Yum Sing Bar. This collaboration revives the spirit of the iconic 1970s hotel bar with a retro-styled space featuring warm wooden finishes and plush seating decked out in the classic Louis Vuitton flower motif. The atmosphere is elevated by an installation of 16 monogram lanterns at Lee Gardens One, which pays tribute to the area’s architectural history and Hysan’s 103rd anniversary.

The drink menu is a curated mix of heritage and modern mixology, offering several exclusive cocktails and mocktails that nod to the original Yum Sing vibe. Guests can sip on the Lee Gardens Special, which blends gin and moutai with elderflower, or try the Masa Margarita, a signature Bar Leone creation featuring toasted corn infused tequila. Looking for something lighter? The Paris with a View mocktail offers a refreshing mix of grapefruit and raspberry, while the Yum Sing Café uses local coffee and salted cream for a Hong Kong twist.
