The sun is shining, the weather is warm… and that calls for a celebration! Summer is here and all we want to do is p-a-r-t-y. And who says we have to wait for the sun to set to get our dancing shoes on? If you’ve ever felt envious stalking your girlfriend’s “day clubbing” photos from Las Vegas or Europe, then you’re in luck. We’re bringing you our very own Hong Kong version of day clubbing at Bungalow, along with our favourite weekend activity – brunch… with free-flow booze, of course!
Join us on Saturday, 11 July from 12-3pm for a Sassy boozy brunch that you won’t forget (or maybe you will after one too many glasses of bubbly…). It’ll be an afternoon of dining, drinking and dancing at one of the coolest venues in town. Conveniently set on the main hub of Wyndham Street, Bungalow is the perfect place to unwind, relax and have some fun! Shake it off to the sweet tunes that DJ Dim Sum will be spinning all afternoon and don’t forget sate your appetite and enjoy the amazing spread of food and drink on offer. Mystical healer Letao will also be on hand offering up 10-minute long tarot card reading sessions for partygoers.
There will be a delicious buffet-style appetiser selection including seasonal salad, cucumber gazpacho and socca pancake, followed by a main of either homemade smoked trout with spinach, poached egg and country bread, beef brisket with onion confit or capellini with carrot bolognese and cashew pesto. End on a sweet note by grazing on the scrummy dessert buffet… Yum! Wash all of this down with a glass or three of very Sassy VCP Champagne… it’s all free-flow, after all! Or if you need a wake-up call after a long week, the Espresso Martini is sure to perk you up and the hot and spicy Bungalow Bloody Mary will definitely cure any lasting hangovers from the Friday night before!
This event is for the liveliest of that brunch bunch, so grab the girls and get into a party mood to celebrate the start of summer!
