The recently opened Yum Cha celebrates this well-loved Hong Kong tradition, injecting a good dose of fun and adding a modern twist to classic dim sum. We absolutely adored the funky décor and of course, the cute creations, when we went to check it out early this year – see our full review for all the deets!

Our Dim Sum Workshop at Yum Cha is the perfect opportunity to try out the art of dim sum making. Learn what goes on behind the scenes as you create some of our favourite dim sum items – siu mai and custard buns – using only the freshest ingredients (and don’t expect to see any MSG here!).

After you’ve perfected your culinary skills, you’ll be rewarded with a tasty Afternoon Tea Set and a glass of Prosecco each… the perfect way to end your Saturday afternoon.
