Sound good to you, too? Head down to Repulse Bay and enjoy a sophisticated New Year’s Eve Menu at The Ocean by Olivier Bellin. Recently awarded its first Michelin star, Executive Chef Olivier Bellin brings the best of the earth and sea in his signature Breton style cuisine. The fine-dining resto is offering up not only its sweeping and unrivalled view of Repulse Bay, but also a delectable eight-course dinner to help us ring in the New Year. What better excuse do we need for a little extravagance than New Year’s Eve? And this year, Carbone is giving us all the chance to get dressed up and enjoy some glitz, glamour (and a show!), with a special NYE edition of its raucous brunch, The Fiasco. The night-time affair will feature a kick-off dinner with a mob-inspired theatre production, followed by a lavish five-hour free-flow session to ring in the new year in style.

Tokyolima

If you’re a fan of Tokyolima’s classy Nikkei cuisine, you’ll be happy to hear that the cool izakaya is offering a special sharing menu this New Year’s Eve. Treating diners to family-style plates, a choice of mains and a dessert platter for the table, it’s sure to be a memorable end to 2017.

Beef & Liberty

Is a relaxed NYE celebration more your style? Head to Beef & Liberty and enjoy a la carte dishes and service as usual until 10pm (we have our eye on the special Sweet Baby Cheesus burger!). You can even stay late, purchase the free-flow package from 10pm to midnight, and enjoy a selection of drinks, sliders and live music. The restaurant will stay open until 2am, with a cash bar from 12am and DJ Arun on the decks.
