Cheese Festival with Gerard Poulard at Scarlett Café & Wine Bar

Cheese lover? You’re going to want your make way over to TST this month as Scarlett Café & Wine Bar is playing host to France’s official Cheese Ambassador to the world, Gérard Poulard. The cheese master himself will take you on a culinary adventure and lead tastings of a carefully curated selection of over 30 varieties of French artisan cheese sourced from France’s finest boutique producers. Meet Mr Poulard over just three evenings in March, this is one event that fromage fans won’t want to miss! To celebrate the occasion, Scarlett will also be offering 30% off all Grand Cru wine from Burgundy to perfectly match the cheese collection.

Art Basel

The internationally renowned art fair is back and set to be even bigger and better than last year. With 248 galleries participating, Art Basel Hong Kong is an essential event on the art calendar, offering a glimpse at the best artworks from the Asia-Pacific region and the world’s top galleries. Split into six main sectors, visitors can feast their eyes on everything from large-scale installations and sculpture to short and feature length films curated by Li Zhenhua of Beijing Art Lab. This year, expect exciting new exhibitors from the Middle East and India as well as unique discussions from some of the art world’s most inspiring thought leaders.
